Just buy coffee & drink it in the morning.
- Don't drink it late.
- The half-life of caffeine in a human body is ~5 hours
- If you add butter (or any fats) to your coffee, it will slow the absorption
- This is ~good
Good supplement
I sometimes mix coffee into my shakes or smoothies. I use something called Bodied Coffee by Akimbo, but it's really nothing like coffee for me:
- 3 Types of caffeine for balance:
- 125mg Caffeine (from coffee beans)
- Yerba Mate
- Green Tea Leaf extract.
- No calories
- No sugar
- Tastes sweet (nothing like coffee)
- No sucralose etc...
- Just monkfruit + stevia

Cheap supplement
Sometimes, I don't have time for the pomp & circumstance of brewing coffee... enter caffeine pills by Nutricost (lol).
- I get the pills & pull apart the shell to dump the powder in drinks
- I've had friends buy the powder in bulk & mess up the dose... not fun
- Seriously, just break apart the capsulees
- They're like 5 cents each
- more caffeine than a cup of coffee
- 3 pills == 1 nitro cold brew
- I usually only do 1/2 pills (and dump the rest in the trash, it costs nothing)
- Don't get the "focus" pills mixed with theanine (just buy l-theanine separately)
- Those make me sluggish
