Energy Playbook

When people fail keto, it's usually because:

  • They have a hard day
  • They need to be 100% productive / attentive / whatever
  • They believe carbs will get them there

Before you reach for the carbs, go through this check-list first & see if you still need carbs at the end:

  • Take a nap
  • Literally eat 2 blueberries
  • Try a really sweet keto treat (as a last resort)
