Protein Shakes
I have to use 3 protein shakes per day in order to hit 200g of protein & less than 2k calories.
Morning
- Green supplement for gut health & vitamins
- Unflavored Plant-based protein, because I don't want to wreck my stomach with whey or sweeteners first-thing
- Flaxseed for the fiber (need to get the juices flowing)
