Green Supplements
There are a bunch of these, they're good for:
- Gut health (long-term, not short-term)
- Exposing your gut to a large variety of plants helps your microbiome
- Vitamins & Supplements
- Ashwaganda helps with stress
Athletic Greens
I slightly prefer it over Strong Greens, mostly because of taste. It's not meaningfully different IMO.
It takes much longer to ship, though:
