Supplements
I used to think it was a failure of my diet if I had to use supplements, but I changed my mind.
It's ~impossible to hit macro targets without supplementing, plus the nootropics are just helpful in general.
Protein Shakes
I usually have 3 different protein shakes / day.
Pills
I take some vitamins & other nootropics, but I don't feel strongly about which ones are important. I do feel strongly about avoiding most perscription medication, though. I avoid everything from vivance / adderall to testesterone.
Make sure to drink lots of water! Kidney stones are unlikely but not unheard of.
